Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

We are always looking for ways to make food fun, in a healthy way!


  • 2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
  • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. Forager Mike’s Mesquite Hot Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 20 minutes, until the florets are starting to turn golden and slightly crispy.
  3. Mix together melted butter and Forager Mike’s Mesquite Hot Sauce. Pour over roasted cauliflower and toss with tongs to combine. Return baking sheet to oven and roast for another 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is fork tender and slightly crisp. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
