Mike's Super Nutrition Pink Soup

Looking for a summertime soup? Blend together this quick, healthy concoction and serve cold!

Directions: Blend in a high-speed blender and serve cold.  Garnish with cut cubed avocado, olive oil, and for the ultimate finishing touch, Dang Hot Sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 3 strips of celery
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 inch of ginger root
  • 1 lemon (peel off the yellow)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of miso
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
