- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 1 tomato
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 3 strips of celery
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 inch of ginger root
- 1 lemon (peel off the yellow)
- 2 heaping tablespoons of miso
- 2 heaping tablespoons of tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
